1. About vscgames
vscgames is a digital marketplace for game top-ups, gift cards, and redemption products. We partner with official distributors and trusted suppliers to deliver codes and in-game currency to players across supported regions. We are not affiliated with any game publisher unless stated, and we do not represent or act on behalf of those publishers.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must use accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials secure, and use a single account per player. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including purchases made by anyone with access to your login.
3. Purchasing products
When you place an order, you authorize vscgames to process the payment and deliver the selected product to the account details you provide. For top-ups, the player ID or username must be correct. For digital codes, delivery is sent to the email address you specify. If you submit incorrect details, delivery may fail and the order may not be refundable.
4. Fulfillment & delivery
Most orders are delivered instantly, but some may require manual verification. We may request additional confirmation before processing high-value or unusual orders. If payment is reversed or flagged as suspicious, fulfillment may be paused or canceled.
5. Pricing, taxes, and fees
Prices are displayed in the selected currency and may include promotional discounts. Local taxes, processing fees, or exchange fees may apply depending on your payment method and region.
6. Code redemption
Codes and top-ups are valid only in supported regions and must be redeemed on the correct platform. If a code is redeemed outside its region or by the wrong account, it cannot be restored. Always verify region compatibility before purchasing.
7. Prohibited behavior
You may not use vscgames to launder money, resell codes without permission, exploit promotions, attempt chargebacks after delivery, or use automated tools to place orders. Abuse, fraud, or repeated disputes can lead to account suspension and order cancellations.
8. Refunds and chargebacks
Refund eligibility depends on the product type and whether the code has been redeemed or the top-up delivered. Chargebacks or payment reversals after fulfillment may result in account restrictions and loss of access to vscgames services.
9. Service availability
We aim for 24/7 availability, but maintenance, outages, or third-party disruptions may temporarily affect service. We are not liable for delays caused by payment providers or publishers.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new products or regulatory requirements. Continued use of vscgames means you accept the most current version of the terms.
